Is it a sense of control of the hurtful situation? Are you aftraid of taking off the mask? In order to forgive, we have to let go of the pride to walk in a place of humility. When you forgive, you receive peace of mind/inner peace and you receive healing.
Practice Forgivenes:
1. Acknowledge/Identify the hurt - You were hurt
2.Acknowledge the feelings behind the hurt- hatred, revenge, rage
3. Release to heal - Do the complete opposite of all those negative feelings.

Learn how to walk in forgiveness towards those you need to forgive and towards yourself. When we don't forgive, we become stagnate in God and in our lives. Stop holding yourself hostage and forgive yourself. Forgiveness is not a feeling it is a decision, make a decision today, forgive to you can heal.

Don't allow yourself to shutdown in the midst of your adversity, make your fight known to the enemy! 3 key areas in your fight are positive confessions, prayer & works and don't isolate yourself. Surrond yourself with people who will listen to your heart, who will encourage and inspire you. Come out of the pity party, the self sabotage and the doubt. Fight your way to your victory!

Action Step 2 - Take the fear with you means to face your fears in order to conquer them. As a breast cancer survivor, I made a decision to live and face the fear head on! Don't be afraid to live, face your fears! See yourself transformed from the caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly!

Mom's it is so important that you make a decision to live. When you find yourself in a place of adversity, don't allow yourself to become stuck. Keep moving, trust God that You are going to walk in victory as you make the decision to live emotionally and spiritually!
