Did you know that you don’t have to go through the hassle of renting an apartment on your own, in the city, and you can afford a Broker to help you? You know why, because you don’t have to pay the high Broker fee to have one! Simply ask your Broker of choice to look for no-fee apartments, or a listing where the landlord is willing to pick-up the Broker fee and pay them directly. Why go through hours of looking yourself, when you can find professionals such as my guest this week, @katharine.walter who is one-hundred-percent transparent in her work. Hear more about this and pretty much every question you may have about renting in New York - from condos and co-ops, to what percentage a Broker can charge, paperwork, questions to ask before renting, and why you need to know about 311, etc. With that being said, make sure to grab a notebook!

I spoke with NYC relationship coach and dating expert, Eunice Hong. New York City sometimes gets a bad rap as a dating playground and overall just being hard to navigate. According to stats on World Population Review regarding NYC - there is a disproportionate percentage of women 52% to 48% men, equating to about 400,000 more women than men.
So, what’s the best way to meet someone in the city? Is there specific strategies one must do to find love? Or does it all come down to your formative experiences? We delve deep into these questions and much more. Eunice also shares tons of tips on how to ultimately be successful at the art of dating and sustaining your relationships long term.
Plus hear her books and podcasts recommendations on love. Also, be sure to follow her along on Instagram at the @artofdatingnyc to get inspirational fact driven love quotes daily. To learn more about her services head on over to https://www.artofdatingnyc.com.
