Welcome to the Got It Like That or GILT podcast. My name is Rick Nappier, Lead GILT Consultant.

The podcast aims to connect small business owners with the beautiful people out there, both men and women, seeking employment in sales positions.

Just a little about me.

I was a sales manager for 8 years at a Fortune 500 in Los Angeles, selling group health insurance to companies where my largest account paid $225,000 per month to the health insurance company. I screened and hired sales professionals who earned on average $75K back in the early 2000s.

I currently run a consulting firm 321 Biz Dev LLC, a company which provides sales system training to attorneys, CPAs, dentists, plastic surgery, insurance agencies and real estate brokers.

We can thank Covid-19 challenges as the stimulating factor for me to create this podcast. I remember in corporate America during several economic valleys where employers with major sales functions had to lay off existing staff just to bring people who would most likely increase sales. They begin to hire more attractive men and women to their sales force.
