On this episode of "Got Our Attention" we wrap up Shocktober and announce the money we raised for Able Gamers Charity. The goal this year was $1000 and with your help, we raised $1042.71 for Able Gamers! Mike brings up a question of "What games changed your life?" and the rest of the SASS Crew goes down memory lane and explains what and why these were important. SASS learns a lot of information about each other, some good some...great

In Kelly's Corner she speaks about Henry Selick's work on "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and how most of the work was done by him, but never really received the credit. We speak a little bit about the industry as well. 

We finish the episode off with the games we've been currently playing:

On this episode of Got Our Attention, we continue our Spooky Season celebration. Mike gives us a quick Shocktober update (Spoiler Alert: we’ve raised over $600 for AbleGamers and Mike has only peed in his pants once – only one of those are fake, so you’ll have to listen to find out). Mike educates us about the origin of horror games and we relive our favorite horror game moments (most of them being Phasmophobia related). This, of course, leads into us to telling our own personal ghost stories (you’re welcome).

Brian gives us the low down on the G4 shutdown including the brief but sad and expensive comeback it had.

In Kelly’s Creepy Korner, we get a tutorial on how to create a realistic slit throat using (mostly) items found at home just in time for Halloween. Kelly rounds it out with a Cards Against Humanity Clam-O-Naise taste test and the retrieval of her Clam-O-Prize!
