Even as a PT I share my opinion on how the gym is not for everyone and that’s actually okay!
The amount of times I’ve heard people, particularly on social media bagging people that do Pilates or other sports.
Don’t get me wrong, Strength training is really good for longevity, bone health and more!
But there’s plenty of way to include weight training within our routine without going go the gym and moving our bodies is ways we enjoy.
My biggest message is moving our bodies should be fun not a chore.
