Kellz and familiar guest Dan Leahey talk about how the Hollywood strike has impacted his work and how a shifted mentality can help in these tough times.   Dan has been a friend of the show through each season and it was great having him back on to talk his experiences in the industry.

It's not a one size fits all and a lot of times what works well for one won't always work for another.  Make sure if you're spending money the gear will work for your and your needs.
