Red comes to Erika's Gym and requests a battle. Erika responds he needs to catch an Eevee to battle her. Red accepts, though Bill aids him, since it is difficult to find one. However, they see that Eevee can burn, soak and electrocute enemies!

As  Red continues his journey, Blue bumps into him. After they got their Poké Balls, Red goes into a fight with some wild Pokémon, only to see that he switched his Poké Balls with Blue. Worse yet, Blue's Pokémon disobey him. On the other hand, Blue trains Red's Pokémon with an iron fist.

On this episode of Pokémon Adventures adventures. We talk about chapter 17. Red and Green are near the secret base. Red thinks they won't get chased anymore, but Green points at the disk, clarifying she gave Team Rocket a fake disk. She hopes to catch Mew. Her Ditto transforms into Mew, so Red remembers seeing it back in Pallet Town. Green sends her Ditto to distract Team Rocket, since she can look after the real one. Also, she lets Red know Team Rocket thinks they are partners, so he has to help her.

The adventure continues as we talk about Pokémon Adventures Chapter 16, As Red searches for his Gym Badges, he disguises himself as a Team Rocket grunt and enters their secret base. He learns that the organization is after the thief, Green, as she stole a disk about the Pokémon he saw back in Pallet Town.

Pokémon Adventures Chapter 15. As Red continues on his journey, he meets a woman and buys her items. However, the items are fraud and clashes with the woman and her Wartortle. Little does he know what is the woman's intent!

Red manages to break Blue's control, who is furious about being possessed. Red and Blue climb up to the tower and encounter a man, who fought with Red at Mt. Moon: Koga!

Pokémon Adventures Chapter 13

Red seeks out shelter from the storm. A man, whose name is Mr. Fuji, invites him into his house. Red notices that he had a Doduo and learns Blue came and went into the tower, which is rumored to be possessed by ghosts. Red comes in, but gets attacked by some Pokémon, who are not what they may seem.

Pokémon Adventures Chapter 12. Red manages to enter a bike race. However, with the other contestants gaining the advantage, Red uses his Pokémon to speed up. However, he encounters a Snorlax, who is said to wake up if it smells food. Red comes up with a risky strategy to wake Snorlax up.

Pokémon Adventures Chapter 11. Red starts the fight with the soldier, who has a mighty Eletabuzz. While Red's Poli manages to freeze the soldier and Electabuzz, he and Poli fall in a trap. However, an unexpected miracle comes from Poli...

Pokémon Adventures Chapter 10 Red goes on the ship of St. Anne, but gets thrown off by sailors. An old man comes and invites him into the club. However, the Poké Fans' Pokémon have been stolen, so Red suspects that they were taken on the ship he was earlier.
