Crime is shaping up as one of the top issues ahead of the midterm elections in November. As Minnesota Republicans blame Democrats for increased crime, DFL Gov. Tim Walz says the solution lies in increased funding for law enforcement, better agency coordination and community solutions.  This weekend, Minnesota State troopers will help with enforcement in Minneapolis.
