Students of the Upton Gardens Girls’ Centre now have increased opportunities to benefit from the synchronization of education and information technology (IT).
A donation of equipment from the Federal Republic of Germany valued at over €12,500, was presented to Upton Gardens officials, at a ceremony on October 24. The equipment consisted of laptops, smart screen TVs, printers and other computer accessories.

Saint Lucia's upcoming National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) showcase will be from Wednesday, November 16, 2022, to Friday, November 18, 2022, from 9am to 4pm.
NSDI is described as technology, policies, standards, criteria and human resources required to coordinate and promote the sharing of geo-spatial data throughout the public and private sector, academia and Non-Governmental Organisations.
The National GIS Exhibition and NSDI showcase 2022 will be held at the Baywalk Mall on Nov. 16 and 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
