We human beings are all experiencing the SARS CoV 2 virus. All of us.  And by joining together, we can assist the breathing for everyone who is ill. Breathing in, we take in the cool, clear air into humanity's lungs. Breathing out, we send the virus out of the human body. In this way, we can actively participate in the health and well-being of humanity--from inside our homes.

We are being called to participate in life on Earth--all the while that we are being called to hide out from the virus that causes Covid-19. How is this possible? Because by sitting very still, we can see what is going on around us. And there are many ways to reach out and connect with other people--you'd be on your phone anyway--even if you were able to walk around and do whatever you want.
