  • #9 The Only Way To Fail is if You Quit All Together
Today is a bit of a rant about the corona virus and the world so bare with me. Taking a step back from your work, taking an off day or having a cheat meal is nothing to feel guilty about. We all experience burnout and have to decompress. What we need is to learn to become aware, recognize binge periods and forgive ourself; so that we can make the next choice and opportunity to get back on our shit. • #8 Developing your calm while in the storm; Beginners to losing fat, dieting and exercise
This week is a solo episode where I talk about knowing what you know and being confident in the facts you have. Also I talk about the terrible trend on social media to discuss topics one is NOT familiar in; while discussing the knowledge i've learned over the many years i've spent in the sports, health and wellness industry helping teammates, clients and family. As I begin to start my senior year of college i'm in a constant period of transition; it is ok to feel overwhelmed, anxious and pressured but remember to take a breath, crack open a cold one or spark a fatty because patients is key. Rome was not built in a night. And you will not have everything figured out today, next month or next year. Enjoy!!
