Look, I hear ya, sister!!! The other day I left a sink full of dishes to take a kiddo to school and then went from one thing to another and another , only for my husband to comment a few hours later that he could tell I’d gotten distracted AGAIN and didn’t finish the dishes. Haha!!! I actually hardly ever do the dishes (HE does), so I had to laugh…
Well, many people with ADHD have trouble sticking to healthy routines and even if you don’t have ADHD, you may as well!
Today I want to talk about the things I have done and work on to help me FOCUS my mind and create healthy DAILY habits.
