Have you ever thought you were losing yourself? I know I have, but it's all about perspective. Let's talk about it in today's episode!

There's a reason they make an announcement on the airplane that we should put our masks on before we help others. This concept is also beneficial to our lives in general, because, we can't take care of others if we are not taking care of ourselves.  

As women, we get to be a part of the sisterhood together, but like any block, we live in different homes. When will we stop the tuff wars and embrace each other by celebrating what makes us different?

Yes, I know I'm late to the party, but at least I'm here, lol! I always knew Shonda Rhimes was a great writer, but her book, "The Year of Yes," was revolutionary! So many gems and perspectives that are just freeing to mind and spirit. I enjoyed it all and I'm sharing some of my thoughts in today's episode.

Hello World! Sometimes we may struggle with seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. So, today I want to encourage you to hold onto knowing that it's there even if you can't see it yet.

Did any of you watch the Bengals vs. the Chiefs game? Did you see the second to last play? Well, I did and then I saw a post that made me think and I'm sharing my thoughts on this episode.

Do you sometimes struggle with allowing the disappointments in life to get you down? Yeah, same here. So, today I'm sharing how I counter those negative thoughts!

One thing I've learned from therapy is that I only have control over myself and what I allow in my environment. But, I'm also learning that being too in control can limit my growth and keep me from fulfilling my purpose.  

Hey, life's a marathon, so I recommend we do it together and at our own pace! Listen, I know I can go fast alone, but I rather go far with a group of accountability partners. I think the goals we have set this year will be a lot more successful if we help each other get them done.
