In the fourth and final section of the Jerusalem Journey, Luke's highlight's Jesus' teaching on his return to establish the Kingdom, and how disciples should wait for that day. Key to waiting well is faith.

Remember that Luke is writing to encourage confidence in the gospel among disciples of Jesus. A big lesson for disciples to learn is not to base our confidence in our own ideas of evangelistic success. Strive to enter through the narrow door, because many will try find they can't enter, beause they don't know Jesus.

Jesus' message to the crowds who've heard him is clear: there is an urgent need to turn away from sin and towards Him right now, because God's patience is limited.
