Grace City Eugene

Pastor Chris kicks off our brand new sermon series The Helper, which is considering the person and role of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the third member of the Trinity, yet the church often both over and under emphasizes His role in our lives. In this sermon, we trace the Holy Spirit's role throughout the biblical narrative as a launch point for weeks of upcoming conversation with the goal of stirring our hearts to eagerly desire the Spirit's presence in our lives.

On this week's episode of The Extended Cut, Casey and Chris dive a little deeper into Chris' sermon from this past Sunday. We encourage you to join us in continued conversations on these topics by joining a Life Group as we prepare to go through The Bait of Satan video series for the next six weeks.

Jesus is the true bread of heaven. Whoever feeds on him by feeding on his words will live, for his words are Spirit and life and are the words of eternal life.

Pastor Chris and Casey kick off part-one of a two-part episode of Beyond the Building, where we are considering parachurch organizations and the unique role they play in God's kingdom. In this first episode, we are considering the definition, history, and benefits of these ministries. In our next episode, we will dive into some of the nuance and considerations that we should think through as we consider partnership with these organizations.
