What we think about God will determine how we interact with God. Becoming like Jesus means surrendering like Jesus. How do you need to focus your trust on God?

What has staying power in your life? You pursue what is in front of you. You pursue what you choose to continually put at the front of your mind. Your desires reflect the state of your heart. Jesus regularly connected with God on the good and the bad days.

We are not just followers of Jesus in public, we are followers of Jesus in private. Be eager to remove what is bad and consume what is good. We are given strength, a bond, and a role. Our job is to bring hope and bring light to the world around us.

Following Jesus is not passive. It is always more natural for us to slip into sin than to slip into obedience. Holiness requires every aspect of life. Be different like Jesus was different. Jesus is square one of our faith.
