Last week, we explored Jesus’ command to “love one another.” This week, we ask the harder question: Do we really have to love everyone?
It’s a question many of us have quietly wondered but rarely say out loud.
It’s easy to love people who love us back. But what about the people who hurt us, disappoint us, challenge us, or simply don’t see the world the way we do? Does loving someone mean trusting them again? Does it mean reconciling every broken relationship? And where do healthy boundaries fit into biblical love?
In this week’s episode of Grace in the InBetween, we explore what Jesus really meant when He commanded us to “love one another” and “love your enemies.” Together, we’ll unpack the difference between love and access, forgiveness and reconciliation, wisdom and bitterness, and discover that perhaps the greatest work God is doing isn’t changing the difficult people around us—but quietly transforming our own hearts.
If you’ve ever wrestled with difficult relationships, leadership, friendship, forgiveness, or simply wondered what loving like Christ actually looks like, this conversation is for you.
🤍 In this episode we explore:
• Do we really have to love everyone?
• Loving difficult people without abandoning wisdom
• The difference between forgiveness, reconciliation and trust
• What Jesus teaches us through Judas
• Healthy boundaries as a Christian
• How God uses difficult relationships to shape our character.
Grace in the InBetween is a weekly faith-filled podcast where we open God’s Word together and discover His presence in life’s ordinary, beautiful, and sometimes difficult moments.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself saying goodbye to friends, colleagues, and seasons that have become part of everyday life.
As farewell lunches turned into final hugs and ordinary moments became treasured memories, one question kept returning to my heart:
Why does God ask us to love when He knows how vulnerable it makes us?
In this episode, we explore what Scripture teaches about friendship, connection, grief, and the heart of a God who is love. From the Garden of Eden to the life of Jesus, we’ll discover why relationships matter so deeply to God and why the pain of goodbye is often evidence of something beautiful that came before it.
Because perhaps the goal of life is not to protect our hearts from loss, but to open them to love.
🤍
What is the evidence of an encounter with God?
We often talk about the breakthrough, the surrender, and the moment everything changes. But what happens when life returns to normal? How do we know that God has truly transformed us from the inside out?
In this episode of Grace in the InBetween, Lindzé reflects on the story of Jacob wrestling with God at the river Jabbok and shares a deeply personal realization that revealed the quiet work God had been doing in her heart all along.
Together, we explore spiritual transformation, healing, identity, grief, and the surprising ways God’s presence becomes visible long after the encounter itself has passed.
If you’ve ever wondered whether God is still working in your life, this episode is a gentle reminder that sometimes the greatest evidence of His presence is not that our circumstances have changed—but that we have.
Scripture: Genesis 32:22–31
Topics: Encounter with God, Jacob and Peniel, spiritual transformation, Christian growth, healing from grief, God’s faithfulness, identity in Christ, surrender, faith journey.
This week on Grace in the InBetween, I share a deeply personal story about a solo trip to Scotland, a childhood dream fulfilled, and an unexpected encounter with God that changed the way I understood surrender.
After last week’s conversation about letting go, I found myself reflecting on a question many of us quietly ask: What happens after we finally release the things we’ve been carrying?
We often expect immediate answers, clear direction, or changed circumstances. Instead, God sometimes offers something even greater—His presence.
In this episode, I share how standing on a Scottish moor became a moment of profound healing, reflection, and surrender as God reminded me of His faithfulness throughout every season of my life.
If you’ve ever found yourself waiting for answers, carrying burdens you thought you had already surrendered, or wondering what God is doing in a season that feels unchanged, this conversation is for you.
In this episode:
* What happens after we let go
* Learning to recognise God’s faithfulness
* Why surrender is often the beginning, not the end
* Finding peace when circumstances remain unchanged
* The power of encountering God’s presence
🎙️ Grace in the InBetween is a Christian podcast for women navigating faith, healing, purpose, and the beautiful uncertainty of becoming.
Have you ever known deep down that God was asking you to release something, yet found yourself holding on because the future felt too uncertain?
In this episode of Grace in the Inbetween, we’re talking about what it really means to let go and trust God with what comes next.
Together, we’ll explore why familiar and safe are not always the same thing, why obedience often feels costly, and how fear can quietly disguise itself as patience, wisdom, or waiting for the “right time.”
Through the story of Ruth, we’ll reflect on what it looks like to move forward before we have all the answers, to trust God before we can see the outcome, and to keep our hearts soft in seasons of uncertainty.
If you’ve ever wrestled with releasing a relationship, a dream, an expectation, a friendship, a season of life, or simply the need to know how everything will work out, this conversation is for you.
Because sometimes the bravest thing a woman can do is open her hands and trust that the God who goes before her is already preparing what’s next.
In this episode:
* Why familiar and safe are not always the same thing
* The difference between fear and faith
* What Ruth teaches us about trust and obedience
* Why letting go is often a thousand small decisions
* Learning to trust God with an unseen future
Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:8 | Ruth 1:16–17
🎙️ Grace in the Inbetween is a podcast for women navigating faith, growth, healing, purpose, and the beautiful tension of becoming.
This week on Grace in the Inbetween, we talk about meekness, femininity, emotional healing, and why softness is not weakness.
In a world that often rewards emotional hardness, Jesus describes Himself as gentle. Together we explore what it means to remain soft without losing wisdom, peaceful without becoming passive, and emotionally grounded without building walls around our hearts.
A reflective conversation on gentleness, restraint, boundaries, healing, and strength under control.
This week on Grace in the Inbetween, we are talking about radiance, not the polished, performative kind the world constantly sells to women, but the quiet kind that forms slowly in the presence of God.
Through the story of Moses descending Mount Sinai, the life of Phoebe, and the beautiful reminder in Psalm 34 that “those who look to Him are radiant,” we explore what happens when women stop striving to become more and simply remain close to God instead.
This episode is for the woman who feels tired, overstimulated, emotionally stretched, or quietly disconnected from herself and from God. Together, we reflect on softness, peace, spiritual closeness, community, and the gentle ways God changes us over time.
Not through perfection.
Not through performance.
But through presence.
If you have been longing to feel lighter, steadier, softer, or more connected to God again, I hope this conversation feels like an exhale.
With love,
Lindzé
This Mother’s Day episode is a deeply personal reflection on womanhood, identity, motherhood, and the quiet ways many women lose themselves underneath the roles they carry.
Through the story of Hagar, we explore what it means to feel unseen, emotionally exhausted, needed by everyone else, and yet still fully seen by God.
This is a conversation for the women who have spent years caring for others while quietly wondering:
“Who am I beyond what I do for everyone else?”
A gentle, honest reminder that before the world placed labels on you, God saw you personally.
Seen by God.
Known by God.
Loved by God.
This episode is for the woman who is tired of holding it all together.
The one who is showing up every day…
but inside feels overwhelmed, exhausted, and quietly falling apart.
In this episode, we talk about what it really means to feel like everything is too much, and why you were never meant to carry it all on your own.
Through a personal story and the truth of Galatians 5:25, we explore the difference between striving and surrender… and what it looks like to stop trying to hold everything together and start walking with God instead.
If your prayers have felt like tears more than words…
if you feel like you’re a step behind…
if you’re tired of trying to fix everything on your own…
this conversation is for you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to take the next step, with Him.
From feeling empty to becoming full, what are we really searching for?
In this episode, we explore the story of the woman at the well and what it reveals about our deepest longings, identity, and the things we keep going back to for fulfilment.
Maybe it’s time to leave your jar behind.
