Big milestone times in our life create big reflections.  And then it’s up to us to make changes…or not! 

When I recorded this episode, it was my 50th birthday!  Definitely a big milestone for sure.  However, as exciting as that all is, what I noticed when I did some self reflection was that I have been in a self-worth spiral the last couple of months.  

I’m pulling back the curtain to talk about how we can subtly lose trust and confidence in ourselves and the sneaky behaviors that can start showing up to make us slide backwards.  

If you notice you are holding yourself back in life right now, this episode talks about the 3 D’s that are getting in the way of our destiny.
