Are you going through a season of big changes??? It seems like so many are right now and Wendi and I are back on the pod for a Just Between Friends episode to talk through some life updates. It’s big changes in both of our households and we know you are walking through your own version in life right now too.
Where do we get to hold the duality of conflicting emotions? Where do we get to give ourselves grace? The changes we experience as parents when our kids are starting their next chapters. Acknowledging new spaces that are opening up. And also understanding that it’s creating new versions of ourselves at the same time.
And even…changes some of the simplest things in our lives that we don’t expect….like the way we do laundry! Tune in to this episode to see where it takes you in your own life and find something to apply to your own season of change.
Have you been so excited about a goal that you were on course and then you totally bombed and failed at what you set out to do?
Well, Wendi and I are reporting in on our latest failure. How we are handling it and what we are doing about it.
Failure is actually such an important part of life and are processes, yet we can be so afraid of it. So afraid that we may not even start things.
In this episode, we share what we’ve learned. Strategies that are supporting us. How to not get wrapped up in failure meaning we aren’t worthy. And how to begin again.
So, if failing has been stopping you from progressing or even stopping you from even starting…..then this episode is for you.
We hear all the stories about how our health declines and our feeling like we are having a losing battle with our bodies once we hit a certain age.
I don’t know about you, but I thought to myself what if I wanted to be the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been at 50! Why not?
Well, I brought on my good friend Sandra Cotto who is a plant based lifestyle coach and turned her own story into just that. She’s a walking billboard for being brave and getting your sexy back after your 40s. We talk about it all.
And she’s here to tell us we can be in the best shape and have our best chapters in our 40s, 50s, and beyond!

We chatted about evaluating how our year is going so far and taking a step back to look at what’s on track and what might need to be tweaked. We loved the convo so much that we wanted to keep chatting about making adjustments based on what season we are in for life.
We all go through different times in life where priorities get to shift based on what really matters in our lives. We break down how to look at what season you are in and how to give yourself permission to honor intentionally seasons that are part of our plan and those that pop up as a surprise in life.
We talk about how to walk your talk and live without regrets to make what matters matter in your life!

In today’s episode, it’s me flying solo with you as we do a bit of the state of the union for the focus of Grace on Fire.
I’m sharing with you the three foundational pillars that makes a Grace on Fire Woman. These pillars have been critical in my life and i believe are a gamechanger for all women to have all three in place.
They impact all areas of your life and are a place to anchor yourself that is solely for you, yet the ripple effect greatly impacts everyone around you.
As we go through them, take inventory for yourself to see which of the pillars could use some more intentionality in life and if any of them are not in place yet.
We also reveal how this will direct the alignment of future episodes as well as what you can be expecting to hear on the pod from here on out.
How to stay committed to your goals with Wendi and Keri
Have you ever started something and then a few days in you stopped and didn’t follow through?
Well Wendi and I are talking about our personal journey right now of what steps we are doing to follow through on some things we’ve each felt were important….BUT, we weren’t following through. We’ve teamed up to support each other and are sharing our journey with you. And most importantly….how you can do this process too!
Maybe you’ve set a priority for your health this year and find yourself not staying committed consistently. Or maybe this was the year you wanted to skyrocket your business but you find yourself in the same patterns. Or maybe you’ve been telling yourself you wanted to take up a new hobby but find yourself consistently not making time for it. Then this episode is for you.
Listen in to see how to set yourself up for success and create a breakthrough for yourself and your commitments over the next couple of months.
Be sure to send us a message or tag us on social media if you’re committing to doing this with a friend as well.

We are back with another Just Between Friends episode. Wendi is joining us again today as we jump into today’s topic of challenging our bodies to go outside of our comfort zones.
That’s right. We are diving into the conversation that we left off from in our previous episode as we share all the ways that making our health a priority has unlocked new levels of capacity for us both.
We discuss the unique ways we each take on physical challenges, as well as how we find small ways to win each day even on those really tough days. And finally, the benefits that we’ve experienced in ways that may surprise you. Because it’s definitely not just about getting healthy…it’s about who we are becoming.
Have you ever had a time in your life when you knew you needed an extreme change? Where you are questioning everything so much that nothing less than drastic will suffice?
Well, you are not alone. And these times are typically where big life changes become a catalyst for our futures.
Today I’m sharing the mic with Deonne Johnson. She’s a Passionate leader devoted to making the world a better place with the intention of living an inspired and inspiring life. However, that’s not where her story started. She went from having the covers pulled up over her head, depressed and alone for the holiday season to saying YES to an experience far out of her comfort zone to go volunteer in Guatemala over Christmas because she knew she had to do something drastic to change her life.
This one experience completely changed the trajectory of her life and now she lives a life full of passion, purpose, and service.
Tune in to this incredible story and you’ll be sure to be inspired for your next adventure.
