So now you’re married or about to get married…now what? In this episode we talk about some of the common themes that a lot of couples find themselves discussing or even arguing about especially in the earlier years of marriage. What about if you find someone else attractive? The truth is that most likely that will happen to both of you. Just because you got married, doesn’t mean that everyone on the face of the earth that now lives is immediately unattractive. This might might sound funny but it’s the truth. Your perspective and your appetite now favors your spouse of course, but that doesn’t mean that we cannot get tempted. God warns against this in the Bible and it’s nothing new. God has given a lot of thought and creativity and beauty in His creation and people are beautiful! We can find attraction and beauty in people from the inside out. So how do we navigate this in our marriage. You’re no longer single and you are committed to your spouse now. So how do we manage being around people that we may find attractive? And how can we put up healthy boundaries and enforce those boundaries for the health of ourselves and of our marriage and flee from temptation? Another hot topic is what is the “right” time to grow your family. Is there even a “right” time to have kids or not? Join us for this episode and we hope God has something special for you today!

We made it! Now we're covering the subject of marriage and let me tell you, so many people think that marriage is the finish line or the end goal. And while it may feel like that at times, it's JUST the beginning. It's the starting line in your life as one and it is the end of the past season as two.

Navigating through life can be difficult at times already as it is but most of us are not doing life alone. Family is such a strong unit that connects each and everyone of us to somebody out there. God’s design is pro family and unfortunately the enemy wants to tear families apart. No family is perfect by any means, and we all need God to help us navigate family relationships while honoring Him. In this episode we talk about the importance of family, share some stories about our own experiences with family, and much more. We’re so happy you’re here!

Whenever we have doubts about who we are, we can always find ourselves in Jesus Christ. When we are clear and confident in our identity, we can learn to accept ourselves better. When we accept ourselves, we can love ourselves. When we can love ourselves, then we can love others. Love others as you love yourself is said by Jesus in Matthew 22:39.
Stay tuned for our part 3 next week!

We share how we are even able to have a "successful" relationship (in our opinion and our loved ones) and that is because of firstly our relationship with Him. We hope this conversation inspires you and encourages you to seek a more intimate relationship with God!

In this episode we talk about the very controversial day of halloween. We give insight about some of our personal experiences in the spiritual realm and we encourage the listener to be intentional with the decisions we make. For example the places we step into, the kind of environment we are exposed to, the people we choose to hang out with.
Our goal is simple. To give you insight and advise in hopes that the Holy Spirit can lead you in the way you should walk in this messy thing called life.
We love you very much!
Priscilla and Johnnie.

In this episode, we take you through a brief overview of what our most recent wilderness season looked like and how we got through it. To our surprise, we became closer than ever as a couple and closer to God. The lessons we learned taught us a lot about the purpose of the wilderness season and how to be patient and trust God in it. Along with giving you some insight on that, we also shared how counter-cultural it all was and how we did not conform to the patterns of this world as the scriptures say in Romans 12:2. With this, we experienced some questions and comments from people in our lives and we shared how we navigated through that as we were still unsure of the outcomes. The leaps of faith we took were the biggest we've taken yet and we can't wait to share more with you all about how God worked so miraculously in our lives (even in the wilderness!).
