To live a healthy life is to live life fully and going through the ups and downs and reminding yourself that it's a temporary situation and there's always light on the other side. Never underestimate the power of sitting with yourself and reflecting back on all the things you've achieved and done for yourself and the ones you love.

Clara with over 2k subscribers and at the age of 32 decided to sell everything and go embark a solo travel journey without certainty and knowing where she will be headed. In this episode, I share important points on owning yourself and speaking up when needs. I personally struggled with this in my life and I found myself being miserable because I resented who I was. Not realizing that part of resentment led to me being closed off and coming out as "quiet" or "nice girl". I would be called that all the time by people and it would trigger me so much that I start pleasing and looking and seek approval from others. If you're someone who's struggling with this, you're in the right place and I hope this helps you in some way.

While focusing can be hard for most of us and we procrastinate on getting the most important things done. I realized the pain of not doing the things I promised myself to do and staying the same is is greater than the pain of actually doing the thing. So I feel the pain and do it anyways because I know I will feel satisfied.

Hi beautiful humans, it's been a while since I've posted. This is an episode on change and how uncertain times take us to a different path even when unexpected. Usually these times teach us how to accept what is brought to our awareness. I know it feels difficult to accept the ugly but think of it as a crucial step to your growth and that everything else will fall into place at the right time.
