In this introductory lesson, Pastor Dale teaches on why prayer should be an important aspect of every believer's life and outlines several types of biblical prayer. Not everything the world - and sometimes even the Church - labels as "prayer" is real, biblical prayer. For born again believers, prayer can be a powerful tool - IF we know how to properly use it.
In the final lesson of her series, Pastor Patty discusses several topics, including the importance of standing up for ourselves in a godly manner, allowing God to take the baggage of our lives, and receiving the "great exchange" made available to us by Jesus' sacrifice at the cross. Once we decide to move forward and pursue all that Jesus has promised us, our hearts can - and will - be healed.
In this lesson, Pastor Patty discusses some of the roadblocks the enemy uses to stand in the way of our emotional healing, including avoidance, blame, excuses, and self pity. Healing requires our cooperation. Facing the truth about ourselves may be difficult - and even painful - but, with God's help, we can push through and come out victorious.
In this final lesson of his Man Up series, Pastor Dale opens the floor to testimonies from the group regarding their initial encounters with Jesus and then discusses our need for continued discipleship and growth after salvation.
In this lesson, Pastor Patty teaches on how the power of Christ within us gives us the strength to be MORE than victorious in our circumstances or past experiences. In Christ, we are not just victors, we are overcomers. In Him, we are not weak. We are strong.

In this lesson, Pastor Patty teaches on how we are to be defined by what the word of God says about us. Do not allow the enemy to label you by your past choices, circumstances, or even the negative words others may have spoken over you. God desires to heal your wounded soul completely, without even the evidence of your ever being injured.
In this lesson, Pastor Dale teaches on the importance and benefits of developing - and keeping - good routines in life.
In this lesson, Pastor Patty teaches on three main topics: 1) We are God's beloved - like all of God's blessings, His love must be received by faith. We cannot earn it.; 2) Hurting people often hurt other people - forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves by not allowing what someone has done to continue to fester; and 3) The importance of "unloading" the guilt and shame in our lives.
In this lesson, Pastor Dale talks about the importance of resetting certain areas of your life, including your spiritual life, family, career, and health. Resets should not be seen as a negative. Instead, such adjustments are often a key step in God's plan for you to rise up and ascend toward the greater things He has planned for your life.
In this lesson, Pastor Patty teaches on how God wants the wounded. God NEVER sends the bad things many believers endure in their lives. However, He does desire to turn those situations around for good so that we may help others. Our experiences and our testimonies become powerful tools when we allow the Lord to use us - and our stories - for HIs glory.
