The parable of the prodigal son shows us the power of overwhelming mercy and the freedom of seeking forgiveness. God eagerly anticipates the return of the wayward and desires to use us as conveyors of His grace.

Heaven and hell are realities. Heaven has been prepared for Jesus followers as a place of ultimate reward; hell is a place of ultimate judgment. There is something better than heaven: taking someone with you. There is something worse than hell: knowing the truth and still fighting your way there… and taking others with you.
