The Millbrook neighborhood is situated just southeast of Grand Rapids. This close-knit, family-friendly neighborhood has multiple, highly rated schools within its district. Outdoorsmen will love the abundant park space, since this neighborhood offers both Kenosha Park and Stanaback Park. Millbrook is the perfect neighborhood for families looking to build roots.
Midtown is a popular neighborhood for families and young professionals, and it's easy to see why. Residents love visiting the Fulton Street Farmers Market, the longest running and largest Farmers Market in Grand Rapids. There's always something to do in Midtown, as it has multiple popular restaurants, bars, and coffee houses.
The South Hill neighborhood is an up and coming neighborhood just south of Heritage Hill. This close-knit neighborhood was established in 2000 but still has a rich history, being bordered by one of the oldest churches in Grand Rapids. Cherry Run is one of the newest and smallest neighborhoods in Grand Rapids, with only 500 community members. Cherry Run was established in 2004 to preserve and protect the land and homes in the area. This neighborhood has access to nature, highly rated educational opportunities, and something to offer every family.
