You need to be grateful for the people around you. I think a lot of us could benefit from practising having more gratitude for everything we encounter in our day to day lives. Ofcourse be grateful for everything you receive but what about everything else you have already received? Just by taking some time dedicated to appreciate and being more thankful for the people around you, having food & water, legs, lungs, eyes literally every little thing we have can make us happier.
