I went on a social media detox this year and with the nonstop information overload we have all had this year, I would definitely recommend that you on one to also. Watch this if your curious about what my experience is and what yours might be.

Social media is a drug so it is very easy to become addicted to it. If you are fortunate enough to not have it then it is extremely important you know what you can do in order to prevent it. If you are one of the people who have come to the realisation that you are in fact addicted to your social media platforms then do make sure you are listening to this episode.
