April 05, 2024 GRAPPL Deep Cut: "CODY - AEW Nightmare" (PATREON PREVIEW)
As we head into Mania Weekend and find out if Cody will finish the story, find here our Patreon Dealer's Choice episode, where we looked back at his entire run in AEW, with Gareth's Dealer's Choice pick - "CODY - AEW Nightmare"!
If you want to support us this Mania weekend and get more shows like this, as well as the video version, and all our other ongoing GRAPPLMania Weekend shows reviewing almost EVERYTHING going on in Philly, join us at Patreon.com/GRAPPL or become a YouTube Member at YouTube.com/@GRAPPL!
It's the end of dealers choice month and for some weird reason Gareth's choice is always last but he always picks a corker. And it's no different this time round as he reclaims his DEEP CUT gimmick with a dangerously contemporary choice of CODY - AEW Nightmare!
Join Gareth, Matty, Benno and myself as we talk the ultimately mad run of Cody Rhodes in AEW *SLIDING DOORS ALERT* where we go in depth from his initially promising early stages run with some cracking promos and angles.
It being Cody though, we have plenty of batshit Codyverse stuff including his Oliver Dreamer impression, COVID Wrestling, TNT Kit Kat title belt, introduction of Eddie Kingston, GLOCK, the nightmare of Brandi, and whatever the fuck the end of run was. So sit back, enjoy the madness of the Codyverse and fantasy book his never-to-exist monster heel run.
DISCLAIMER: Any previous opinions/daft predictions that we may have raised on previous podcasts, do not apply and we were probably right anyway Enjoy NB In classic Gareth-style, the Playlist is attached in old school Excel, as well as available here as a YouTube Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMZhf4Yz5WZvxLhNzxa1c0i62E94stT4T
