With the start of a new month and the beginning of a new season, I decided to channel a message of support and guidance from the Akashic Records as we move into the coming weeks.
I hope these messages on patience, taking it easy, trusting yourself to float through challenging times, and The Divine collapse find you well, whether you're listening to this in "real-time" or stumbling upon this episode in the future.

In today's episode I share my poetic gratitude for wildflowers along bike paths and and their simple beauty. Follow along!
https://www.gratefulanddelighted.com/blog/wild-flowers
"I am grateful for wildflowers and how they add beautiful, bright bursts along the bike path I walk most mornings. Because of them my eyes always have something to fall on.
Every few weeks there’s a changing of the guard, as a new patch of flowers to stop and smell presents itself. Because of this, my eyes are always on the lookout for the newest blooms to marvel at.
What can I say? I’m easily delighted.
As I share this in late September, the most recent have been dainty white-petaled flowers with centers that are lemon-custard yellow; light and creamy. There are also equally dainty purple flowers and bright berries for the birds to eat." - Excerpt from my newest blog.

Back in 2020 I learned how to read my Akashic Records, and since then this channeling work has brought me grounded guidance, soothing energy, and has helped me tap into my intuition and "clair" abilities at a deeper level.

I'm grateful I learned how to access the Records and I've been delighted by the experiences. This is why I'm going to share, in this jam-packed episode, how to read your Akashic Records for free!
I'll be going into alllll the details and sharing everything I know. I'll also be offering Akashic Record readings on my site.
Because this is such a beefy episode, I've time-stamped the start of the seven sections below so you can come back if you need extra guidance. Visit the web page for the complimentary PDF.

Basic list of questions to ask the Akashic Records on a seasonal basis
(I share why I prefer seasonal check-ins for these larger deep-dives vs 1-2 questions when I’m regularly entering my records)
What am I not seeing that would be beneficial for me to be aware these upcoming months?
What are my strengths for these upcoming months?
What do I need to be mindful of these upcoming months?
What does my body need these upcoming months?
What does my soul need these upcoming months?
What does my relationship need these upcoming months? (can be romantic, familial, or platonic)
What is my mantra for these upcoming months?
What can I do to get the most delight and enjoyment out of life these upcoming months?
What am I overlooking that can help me feel more gratitude in these upcoming months?
Typical past-life questions to ask the Akashic Records
(I share some personal caveats on these kinds of questions, so make sure to tune in!)
How many past lives have I had?
Is there something from a past life that could help me in this one?
Is there a block from this life that traces back to a past life?
Part 5 - Question about the answers I receive in my Akashic Records @ 58:20
How do I know if it’s me vs the Records?
Slipping vs yanking feeling
Intuition meditation
The language patterns of how the answers come out
What if you get no response?
Part 6 - Other miscellaneous questions @ 1h:04
How long will it take me to enter my Records?

How long should I stay in my Records?
How often should I enter my Records?
Is being in the Records scary? - It’s nottttt
Are the Records the end-all-be-all? - They aren’tttt

I could talk for hours on end about how much I love fall. It's my favorite time of the year, and in today's episode I wax poetic about four reasons I'm so grateful for this season. In honor of the topic, I suggest making a cup of spicy tea (or have a Pumpkin Spiced Latte), putting on your favorite sweater, and getting cozy on the couch.

Ps: in next week's episode I'm releasing a banger feature where I teach you how to read your Akashic Records for FREE. Random, I know, but I'm so grateful for learning how to read my own Records and channel that information back in 2020 that I'm sharing it alllll on an episode + giving you extra resources. If you're into the mystical and magical, be sure to tune in.

I recently took a staycation and decided to let myself indulge in one of my favorite activities: cooking. I enjoy cooking every week, yet having the extra time to spend in the kitchen that vacation allows always makes me more creative.
Visit the blog for pictures: www.gratefulanddelighted.com/blog/vacation-cooking
So, in today's episode I share why I'm grateful for these kitchen experiences and how it can be easy to find fault in these magical moments if I/we aren't mindful.
I also give my fellow gluten-free folks the run-down on my recent love affair with the gluten-free foods at Aldis supermarket. Ah. Be still my heart.

A great way I like to practice gratitude in real-time is to do "5-finger gratitude". It's when I stop where I am and notice 5 things around me. I didn't come up with this method, but I sure do love it!
