The other day I was talking to a friend and we were talking about her mental health. And she admitted a lot of his mental health not being great came from her own self. She was her biggest critic and he was hard on himself – she didn’t acknowledge the good she was doing, she didn’t acknowledge his good qualities as a human being, and he mostly focused on the negatives, his anxiety and stress.
She asked me, I know you preach self-love being the #1 priority, but how do I implement being better at self-love?
In this vlog, I answer that question with my pieces of advice and strategies to implement more self-love.

The other day I was catching up with a friend and she said: I've been casually dating someone for 3 months. We've never put any labels like exclusivity on anything up to this point but now, I'm getting to the point where I'm developing an emotional connection.
I asked him if he would want to more seriously date. He says he's been having a great time with me but is not ready to seriously date. He says he's still not over his ex. They dated for a couple years so I get that it still weighs on him. For context, it's been 6 months since they broke up.
He's openly told me - do whatever you need to do. Cut me off if you need to or if you want to continue to casually see other, we can as well.
He says he is trying to figure things out, and should things get better mentally, he'd be down to try and be in a serious relationship. He's just open about not being sure if that'll actually happen anytime soon.
I'm not sure what to do. How should I handle this?
In this vlog, I answer that question.

The other day a friend of mine talked to me about how she’s in a relationship with someone who doesn’t like sharing his relationships online because he’s friends with his family on his social media accounts and doesn’t want them to talk/know about his personal life.
In modern times, young people put a lot of stake into social media and so it can be difficult dating someone like that.
She asked me, how should I handle this situation as someone who does post to social media a lot? Is there a way to avoid “red flags” from this situation?

The other day, a friend of mine said that she wanted to start a vlog channel. She loves to travel and was like I’d love to make travel vlogs.
I then asked her, why haven’t you started? I don’t know, lots of different reasons, fear is definitely one of them.
I think a lot of us are in her boat about starting something new- there's fear of judgment, of failure and of just the scariness of trying something new.
In this vlog, I give several strategies on how to get over fear.
