Reading from my Journal right prior to recording this, I realized that I was hitting rock bottom only 5 short years ago. I was depressed, it was hard to get out of bed, and it felt like the cycle was never going to end. It was my moments where I realized “THIS REOCCURRING DARKNESS MUST STOP”. From that point on, I committed to prioritizing my happiness, which is very different from choosing happiness.
