Deano is highly sought after personal transformation coach, a social impact entrepreneur, and a grateful world traveler. His passion is to help transform the world into a more abundant place by training people how to emotionally regulate and discover their true self-worth. It all began 20+ years ago when he left the corporate world to become a youth pastor in the conservative state of Texas. He found great success in teaching and empowering the youth, but with it came notoriety and expectations. This sounds great, except, no matter how much he prayed, denied, got anointed … he knew he was a gay man, living an inauthentic life as a straight man. And his success was creating a cage he could not escape. He left the ministry after 3 years, but out of his pain and hard work, he transformed his belief structure on homosexuality and the church, discovering how to harmoniously synthesize the two, and find a deep inner peace. He then began helping others to do the same. Now, he specializes in helping gay men with conservative or religious upbringings discover how to match their career success with peace and abundance in their personal lives. Through this work he has developed a system called the High Value Reset, which has expanded beyond the LGBTQ community and is helping all men. It sources the roots of negative thought patterns and roadblocks preventing all of us from becoming the best version of ourselves.  Through specific meditations, breath work, and thought transformation techniques, he is helping them live full and abundant lives. Deano’s social impact project came out of his personal experience with trying to learn Spanish in Guatemala. The school he attended was one of the larger ones, run by a man with a typical machismo attitude and insecurities, which led to poor treatment, pay, and consideration for the women. When Deano returned to the United States, he decided to do something about it. So he began an online Spanish Immersion school called TongueTry. It connects these talented female Spanish tutors in Guatemala with students in the United States, creating affordable help for the students, while raising the women and their children out of poverty. Deano has discovered the more he travels, the more he learns how to thoughtfully impact the world. Duane Betts is an American guitarist and singer-songwriter. He is the founding member of The Allman Betts Band and leads Duane Betts and the Pistoleers. He is also a guitarist and singer for the Dickey Betts Band, led by his father, Dickey Betts of The Allman Brothers. 

Host Curtis Cockrell is a grateful father, friend, and sobriety advocate. As of last month, he is five and a half years sober. He runs on intuition and speaks from the heart. He is also heading up this series.
