Grayscale OLED STEMMA QT display breakout

Workin' on a prototype - this one is for a 128x128 Grayscale OLED display. You do need a bunch of ram cause its 4bpp * 128 * 128 = 8K of RAM to buffer the whole thing - but one of our Feathers or Itsy's are happy to do that for ya. You can use I2C with STEMMA QT or SPI. This prototype has a common mistake ... it happens! Another revision and this should be good to go.
