Great Souls Podcast

In celebration of Anton Chekhov's 163rd Birthday we are releasing a special edition of our Great Souls Podcast.

In classic Chekhovian fashion, "At Home" is a short comedy with incredible hidden depth that follows a father as he attempts to discuss his seven year olds smoking habit.  Chekhov explores family, loss, and the nature of truth, all tinged with his classic hypocritical comedy.  We hope you enjoy and join us in the celebration!

"Great Souls: The Love of My Life" was our very first live Great Souls in nearly three years!  In order to mark the occasion we decided to record the evening and release it as our first Great Souls Live Podcast.  So no worries if you were unable to join us in person!

This was a very special evening as we were raising money for the fantastic nonprofit Mary's Place, as well as for The Seagull Project.  We hope you can donate through the link below to support these two fantastic orgs.

Great Souls Greatest Hits is our new series celebrating our most downloaded stories since this podcast began. For this installment we are throwing it back to our second ever episode – Kingdom Crumbs - from May of 2020.  From that episode we are featuring the incredible comedic styling of James Thurber's classic “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” as read by the equally hilarious Rob Burgess.

Great Souls Greatest Hits is our new series celebrating our most downloaded stories since this podcast began.  We are starting with our most listened episode of all time, from way back in October 2020, "Time's Signature."  The second story on that episode is special not just for the fantastic writing of Ann Petry, as performed by Andre Reginald Jackson, but for our pairing it with the incredible drumming of Christopher Icasiano.
