Situation: Mental Health Awareness and Accommodations are becoming more prominent in the workplace. Companies realize employees need more support, yet there is a shortage of therapists, a lack of training on emotional intelligence and mentorship for leaders, and the rest of a team who feels left in the dark and overworked.
