In this episode, we discuss the doctrines and Bibliology (The study of the nature of the Bible as revelation). We specifically examine the topics of revelation, inspiration, canonicity, textual criticism, illumination, and interpretation.

Today, Greater Works begins a new 6-week teaching series on Systematic Theology for the Kingdom Fellowship of Interdependent Ministries (KFIM). Systematic Theology is the collecting, scientifically arranging, comparing, exhibiting, and defending of all facts from any and every source concerning God and His works.

We begin our series by discussing the "Prolegomena" = things that are said before.  It comes from the Greek word for “before” and “to say.”  It deals with our presuppositions. Prolegomena is the introduction to the study of theology because it comes first and gives direction to the formation of one’s belief. Just as the blueprints will determine the shape of the building to be constructed, so your attitude and principles of studying will determine your doctrinal position.
