Not so memorable . . .
What did you like best about Bouquet Toss? What did you like least?
There was a lot of potential to make this better story-wise and there were moments I really liked and that got me more interested but those moments past and after that it was a lot of beating around the bush so to speak.
How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
I would have like to have more intrigue and tension in it...
What does Melissa Moran bring to the story that you wouldnt experience if you just read the book?
She was the reason that kept me listening....so take it from there.
Was Bouquet Toss worth the listening time?
Well....Don't really know how to answer this.
The narration was amazing and this narrator did a great job and she was pretty much why I kept listening.
The story became pretty predictable early on and that was not worth the time.
Not at all what I expected...
Is there anything you would change about this book?
I received this audiobook for free in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
Would you recommend Bouquet Toss to your friends? Why or why not?
This book was a bit different from those that I usually read - it wasnt a terrible book just not a book that had anything significant in it that I would consider a must read.
What three words best describe Melissa Morans performance?
Consistent, youthful, neutral
Was Bouquet Toss worth the listening time?
It was an easy, breezy listen - a decent enough twist to make me wonder what was going to happen next, not at all provocative - emotions, thoughts... If you are looking for a deep read, or something that will leave a lingering book hangover - this probably isnt it. Perfect for a day by the pool or at the beach, easy reading for traveling.... with a HEA that probably could have utilized a less generic song/theme - but is sure to make you smile in remembrance nonetheless.
4 stars!!!
I was given an audiobook in exchange for sn unbiased honest review.
This was the first book I read by author Mrlissa Brown. I loved it and look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series.
Not my favorite book ever.
This book.Bouquet Toss was probably the toughest audio book for me to get through. I probably only enjoyed, 10% of the book.
Narrator - at first I liked the narrator. Then I realized that I hated her voice for all the other characters. Every single character sounded either like 1) a stereotypical sorority girl. I couldn't stand it. It made it really hard to like the supporting cast.
Main Character - Daphne was a whiner. All she did was whine. She was hung up on a guy and it was flat out annoying. At first, I thought I was going to like her and that I was going to be able to connect with her, but I just didn't like her. I wanted to so badly.
