Today we’re getting real about what the different stages of a healing or spiritual journey can look like when it comes to socializing, partying and even drinking alcohol. Do you have to be sober to be healing? Can wellness and partying coexist? I’m sharing my perspective from my experience throughout my personal wellness journey!

My intention with this conversation is to highlight that it's possible to celebrate life and enjoy social settings without compromising your spiritual beliefs or devotion to your wellness. And why you might also go through periods of self isolation. 

Are you celebrating life? Or escaping reality? We’re getting into why this answer matters the most. And most importantly, why all parts of yourself are equally worthy of being seen, heard & felt. Your journey does not have to look like anyone elses!
