This week we're sharing the fun we had cleaning out the garage!  Okay, maybe not fun but necessary.

What was also necessary, in my opinion, was trying to keep as much as we could from going to the landfill.

With two big dogs, we are a major contributor to the 10 million pounds of dog poop that gets dumped in landfills each year!   So, my goal was to find a way to keep at least some of it out of the landfill.

I know that trash isn't very green but I wanted to at least use a trash bag that was as eco-friendly as possible.

I LOVE Halloween!  It is my absolute favorite holiday so our family really gets into it!
 We go all out with decorations, costumes, parties, treats, etc. 

Unfortunately all of that “stuff” can mean lots of scary things heading for a landfill! Eeeeeek!!!
