    Today we cover MHAM Mental Health Awareness Month, I like to always confirm though to you all it's never just the month or week or even year it's now MHA life.  Boab yet again covers things from his own life that are raw in parts but very very real.  The pain in his personal stories are to some too hard fathom but also very close to what we all endure on a daily basis or have went through in our life right now.  I cannot start to think what it would be like not see my kids on their birthdays but in reality this could happen to me any day and I pray everyday that I'm given the chance to spend time with them. I know family's that have lost their own children and I sincerely don't know how they do it?  My hat goes off to you again Boab for your willingness to help others in times of turmoil.  The fact is you've always been there for me and my family and they do not even know who you are.

  • Reach out make people feel like they want to exist Episode 74
    Today lets Talk. Open that wound, crack that nut, talk that thing. It's time we talk it out and not stay in that darkness you may have put yourself in. Daily routines always put us in the place we need to be but is it helping our mental health any? Yes I know you have a responsibility to pay the bills but have you paid enough attention to the bill that's within your mind? Since covering the jobs or volunteer work I've been fortunate enough to do recently it has made me see that just talking to another or showing that companionship is enough to get them through life. Gaz Rogerson from my group on Facebook said something really important as did a few other members of Green Sunrise Podcast Group via FB he commented "reach out make people feel like they want to exist"  Boom that's it I will end the description on that no more to be said apart from hunners to be said.

    Welcome to episode 73 filmed and recorded from Boab's Den.  Ben takes on his first interview as another part of Green Sunrise Podcast and will certainly be interviewed in the near future for his own episode, but I'd like to take this moment to thank Ben for accepting my invitation to take on this episode but massive love goes to Boab for allowing me to do this interview at his home or as we call it Boab's den.  Boab's den ie home is way more than a place to chill it's a place to be inspired and another accepted area within this world were you can strip all the shit you have on your mind and dump on the one and only Boab! This is a guy that has attempted to take his own life on many occasions and the reasons for this are detailed in this interview, how he went from a putting his own life on the line so that you and me can sleep at night. This statement you might think is fabricated but when you hear what Boab has got to say you will undoubtedly change your mind.  Ben & Boab are exactly what I mean by you are Green Sunrise and there is way more to come from both of these outstanding individuals.
