The Wrath of the Lamb
Revelation 6:1–8:5
We don’t struggle with the idea of evil.
We struggle with the idea of God doing something about it.
In this message, we walk straight into one of the most intense passages in the Bible — the Four Horsemen, the martyrs crying “How long?”, cosmic collapse, and the question nobody can avoid:
Who can stand against the wrath of the Lamb?
But what if the wrath of God isn’t a contradiction to His love?
What if it’s proof of it?
We trace the pattern of sin —
Deception → Division → Disparity → Death —
and have to admit it isn’t just global. It’s personal.
We see that:
• God’s wrath often begins by removing sin’s leash (Romans 1)
• Victims matter deeply to Him
• The Lamb who judges is the Lamb who was slain
• Jesus absorbs wrath before He ever unleashes it
• Freedom isn’t escaping judgment — it’s being washed in His blood
If the world feels broken…
If injustice makes you angry…
If you’ve ever wondered why God doesn’t intervene…
If you’re unsure what judgment means for you…
This message is sobering — and deeply hopeful.
The wrath of the Lamb is terrifying if you cling to sin.
It is freedom if you cling to Jesus.
