In today’s world I feel like I need a little something extra to help me settle down and let go and have faith. I use this mantra that recently came to me. It is especially great to use when I first awake and before I drift into sleep when the mind is most receptive to suggestion. This mantra helps set me up for ease and the flow of life, helping me not get in my own way.

Here I share some wisdom I received from another person a few years ago on how to want to get things done that are usually very hard to get through. It’s interesting how applying your mind to inject certain frequencies into the task completely transforms everything. For me, it has made my life easier by bounds and leaps.

*** after episode release note. If you deny your ego, it will come out in unconscious ways, so just because you think your ego isn’t there doesn’t mean it isn’t. If your ego truly wasn’t there you wouldn’t even care to look in the mirror to make sure you look presentable, let’s be real. As long as we are in 3D living, the ego will be there, its just a matter of if you've done the shadow work or not. The negative ego is when we have wounds in our emotional body, but when we've thoroughly healed it through the shadow work the ego is no longer damaging and controlling, and no longer a problem.
