As you've seen, Season 3 is dedicated to my father, Mike Jacox, who passed away late in 2021. I Love and miss you, Dad.
 
Our next guest, Greg Manley, is the Director at the Kingdom for TaylorMade Golf, where they continue to be one of the world's top providers of golf equipment.  I met Greg through the fantastic Meridian Valley Country Club, where he was the General Manager and Head Golf Professional for nearly 25 years!

However, today we talked to Greg, the dad.  We explore the challenges of moving your family from one state to another.  We explored the challenges of helping our kids face adversity and remembering not to burn our kids out!  He shared great advice on helping them find the spark for what THEY want to do, not what we as parents want them to do.  We learned about his brother, who is in iTunes, growing up in Puyallup, and the differences in his parents that shaped Greg today.   

Greg reminded me and all of us that when things get tough, don't panic!  We need to remain calm and always be grateful for things in our life.  At the end of the lightning round, we had some fun and discussed the brand new #XE747 Punchout club from The Club Pro Guy.  #SoFunny
