I’m creating Grey Matters to live my purpose, share my voice, and give back. I know what it means to suffer, and I know a path out of it. My life belongs to the whole community and sharing my story with vulnerability and authenticity is my way of responding to the suffering I see with compassion. This platform is both a creative outlet and a means to empower others by providing tools, insights and hope for navigating their healing journeys. It’s a way to advocate for awareness and understanding around mental health, trauma recovery, healthy relationships, and the value of community.
