More than three weeks after the Tasmanian election, negotiations continue over who will be part of the government.

Premier Jeremy Rockliff is seeking cross-bench support to reach a parliamentary majority, while Labor leader Dean Winter is looking to the Greens and independents for another no-confidence motion.

Now there's a new bargaining chip: greyhound racing.
