It's been 2 years since our last episode but Grief AF is officially back for Season Three! On the first episode back, we give an update on what's been going on with us, how the pandemic affected our grief and where we are in our journey's. We also discuss what you can expect from us this upcoming season. 

On this episode we continue the conversation of how grief has been transforming our lives a year later. We revisit the five stages of grief and discuss how repetitive they can be. We also talk about the fears and frustrations that have come up during our grieving process. 

Grief AF is back for season 2! We decided to name our first episode of the season "Grief AF" because grief has been trying to kick our butts and the only way we can describe our process over the last year and few months is Grief AF. On this episode, we'll be recapping season 1 and discussing our expectations of where we thought we would be in this process as opposed to where we actually are.

On this episode we continue the conversation of relationships and dating while grieving. We bring in our first guest, Siantrise Lenay to give her perspective on how she is navigating through her grief and how it has affected her relationship with her fiancé. We also go deeper into our discussion of managing our friendships and the changes grief creates to your circle. 

On this episode of of Grief AF Podcast we tackle the subject of relationships while grieving. We share our personal experiences and how our dating was affected by our grief. We also give some suggestions to our listeners who may be considering dating early on in their grief journey and to those who may be in a relationship and struggling to balance things. 

On the "stressful af" episode of the Grief AF Podcast we are discussing the stress of adjusting to a new life after the loss of a loved one. We don't have the answers but we talk about the key stresses in our life  and what we are doing when it all becomes too much.
