The holidays are not always "the most wonderful time of the year".  Many people are grieving the losses of loved ones.  Luccas Contreras is a MSW graduate student at University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Luccas discusses the loss of his dad 7 years ago.   We discuss normalizing having discussions of grief and loss during the holidays.
