  • The Travel Bug

As a person who loves travel, I've been asked the question often, "What do we as travel and adventure lovers do when we're in one place for a while?" There are different versions of this question, but they all generally ask the same thing. I'll be honest, I've asked myself and the universe this countless times. I've found a greater peace about it recently, and thought I'd share my thoughts on the subject.

Check out www.stateparks.com. This website brings all of America's park resources together in one easy to find location. Find an adventure near you! You can click on your own state and see what's close by.

Also www.tarabrach.com is a wonderful place to find guided meditations, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening resources. You can find links to videos of her talks as well as to her podcast.

  • Womb Space Meditation

I have been through a few miscarriages, had my rainbow baby girl, and now continue to have reproductive issues. This last week I had an ovarian cyst rupture and it did a number on me. You may have gone through similar things or different obstacles with fertility and such. I thought I'd take a moment to discuss the topic as well as offer an impromptu meditation to bring greater peace to our womb space.

A friend asked me this morning if I have any journal prompt ideas to offer for the day. Here are the few I list at the end of the episode if you'd like to work through them in your journal or other writing space:

Womb Space Meditation Journal Prompts (Utilize these after listening to this episode.)

    1. What have you found out about yourself?

    2. Where has your journey taken you to and through?

    3. As far as fertility, choice of children or no children, or maybe you've birthed something else into the world... where do you stand on that?
