Katie has been working as an Ecumenical Accompanier for the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine & Israel (EAPPI). EAPPI is an international program that recruits and dispatches observers to Palestinian towns and villages to monitor interactions between Palestinian residents and the Israeli military.
