The recording of today's episode was such an unexpected delight! Look, I know that comics are a visual medium. I understand that. But I like words, or at least I thought I did until I sat down with Grim Wilkins' Mirenda. It is a gorgeously illustrated and largely silent comic that I was enraptured by. Grim is back and bringing the follow-up Mirenda and the Golden Horns to Kickstarter. Grim and I chat about the development of Mirenda, the freedom he had on the project, and pushing himself to see what was possible both narratively and visually. This was a fantastic conversation and I'm very much looking forward to more Mirenda.
