In this week's episode, we sat down to dive into our mindset for the new year, and more specifically how we're setting goals. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas yesterday! If you're like us, goal setting is the next thing on your mind. Let's dive into how we set goals personally and as a couple.

The relationship truth we're tackling this week is: expectations will always equal resentment. How many expectations do you put on your spouse? How many do you put on yourself? We've recently discovered the magic of taking all of those expectations off of our relationship and watching resentments melt away.

We want to talk about the ups and downs of trying to have a baby. We have 3 kids and are trying to have our 4th and we are not having much luck! Even though we have 3 beautiful kids, this has been a hard time for us to navigate through.  We feel for those that have been in this same situation or in situations that are even harder.  In this episode we touch on what is was like when we had our first all the way til now!

Thanksgiving, Chistmas and New Years are the times during the year where we as a couple would always experience the most tension in our relationship. We could never agree on what we wanted to do, or where we wanted to go, or who we wanted to spend time with. The thing about it was, we were never doing things for ourselves and we were always focusing on other people.  This Episode goes over how to quit doing that, and how to shift your mindset and the way you communicate this holiday season!
