Lynne Brown and Krista Garrett talk about the power of music to help us get past trauma and tune into emotions that serve us even when we are going through stress. We all need a routine, when we make a playlist that helps us get happy we will be better mentally and be able to act with resilience. Our playlists can ever inspire us to vibrate into a better mood. 

Lynne Brown and Corinne Zuleger talk about getting Gritty when we experience trauma to push past the limits that we put on ourselves to stay safe. There will be people around us who will struggle with addiction, that doesn't mean that we have to struggle with the same addiction. Empathy does not mean that we forget about ourselves. In fact, empathy is loving ourselves first and pouring into our own cup so then it can run over into others. 

Samantha Dench and Lynne Brown talk about how to better care for our bodies and our skin while being Gritty. We need to rest, exercise and allow ourselves the time necessary to exercise with ease during the day. Samantha even gives us tips and tricks on how to reduce acne as an adult and as a kid. 

We talked about bringing leadership into our home. We also have to be Gritty when we are training our pets. Our animals are part of our pack, our tribe and our family. We want to lead them with love and help them release aggression and fear. Mensa Mutts joins us to help us figure out how to be leaders with our pets while being relaxed.
